Luis Carreras del Rincón
Mr Luis Carreras del Rincon was born in Granada (Spain) in 1961, he is married and the father of ten children.
He has a degree in law from the University of Barcelona (1979-1984) and is enrolled in the Bar Association of Barcelona since 1984. He is managing partner of the law firm Bufete Carreras Llansana. He has dedicated his career mainly to intervention in judicial proceedings of civil, commercial and criminal law. He is Professor of Civil Litigation in Esade Law School, Faculty of Law, University Ramon Llull in Barcelona. He is a member of the European Lawyers Association, of which he was Vice-Chairman from 1990 to 1991 and Chairman from 1992 to 1995.
He is Chairman of the Committee of the Spanish Red Cross in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) and an Member of the Provincial Committee of the Red Cross in Barcelona and delegate to the National Assembly of the Spanish Red Cross (2011 and 2015). He is Secretary of the Board of Foundation Codespa Catalunya since 2000 and Coordinator and spokesman of Catholic Voices in Barcelona.
He is family moderator since 1995 (Fert - Barcelona). He was Director of the Program "First decisions". He currently moderates cases in most Family Enrichment programs, especially in Matrimonial Love, Personal Project, The Role of the Father, Pre-adolescents and Adolescents. He has spoken at international conferences on these matters and has published articles related to education in various journals from different countries. In March 2007 he gave the Initiation Program of Family Enrichment Moderators (PIMOF) at the University of La Sabana (Bogota).
He regularly gives talks and lectures on education and family life in different institutions, schools and associations in Spain and abroad. Regularly participates in debates, talk shows and radio and television programs on current affairs, cultural, social and educational.
Working for more than 20 years in corporate leadership positions in international companies, holds an MSc from Catalonia Polytechnic University and completed his education in management at IESE and at the Harvard Business School
With a clearly proven experience in the management of complex business situations in the industries of Engineering, Business Consulting and Healthcare he specializes in “creating the circumstances for making things happen" devoting special emphasis to creativity, change management and to enhancing the excitement, enthusiasm and commitment of people to give the best of themselves so that they end up enjoying what they do, achieve their goals and feel empowered to do the best in their lives.
Speaker at many seminars and conferences contributes articles in journals and actively collaborates with different academic institutions of international renown.

In addition he is been actively involved for over 20 years in formation and counseling activities to parents through Family Enrichment programs, providing solid support and efficient aid for their educative role. This initiative has been developed through the International Federation for Family Development (IFFD), an organization with more than 40 years of experience sponsoring courses and programs to train parents regarding the “professional” education of their children, promoting the study and research in family sciences and supporting initiatives enabling families to be happier. He is a senior advisor to the Japanese, Swedish, Irish and Canadian IFFD national boards.

Is married to an extraordinary woman and are parents of seven children. He lives in Barcelona (Spain) where he takes part in the activities of several institutions fostering the intellectual, cultural, and spiritual formation for young people.
Speaks five languages and is studying Mandarin.
Dr. John Kehoe
John Kehoe qualified in medicine in 1998 as a graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He subsequently worked in several Irish hospitals gaining experience in a variety of disciplines including medicine, emergency medicine, paediatrics and psychiatry before finishing formal training in General Medical Practice in the UK in 2002. Medical ethics and conscientious objection in medicine are areas of particular interest to him, and he has organised and participated in various seminars and conferences pertaining to these areas. He is married to Jennifer since 1995 and they have six children.
He attended the IFFD Rome conference with his wife Jennifer in 2007, and afterwards with other like-minded couples he helped establish Family Enrichment courses in Ireland. He trained as a moderator in 2012, and has spoken on several occasions at seminars and meetings on parenting and family life.

As an expert in family and social policies he was worked as an Advisor at Department of the Family for the local government of Madrid, Consultant to the Democratic Union of Pensioners 2003-2006; Consultant to the Caroline Foundation 2003-2004; Director General of the Spanish Forum on the Family 2003-2005, Advisor to the Immigration Council for the Balearic Government, Consultant to the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean at the UN until March 2004; President of the NGO’s committee for the Family at the UN (2003-2004); Expert Associate on the Programme on Ageing for the UN in New York from 2001 to May 2003.
Previous to that he was Technical Consultant at the Headquarters of the European Social Fund at the Department of Transport and Social Affairs until March 2000 and initially he worked at the European Commission in Brussels from 1997-99.
Maria Kemp is a Lawyer and a Journalist by profession. She is married to Ian Kemp and they have seven children.
She is a founding member of Smart Home Management. She has 10 years’ experience as a marriage counsellor and has been a moderator with Family Enrichment for the last 4 years.
She is currently studying Philosophy and Theology in the Open University and working in a secondary school in Wimblendon.
Sergio is an associate at a leading architectural firm in the city of London. He has an extensive global experience in corporate architectural projects and manages a wide portfolio of high profile clients in the EMEA region. Academically, he holds a Masters of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University (NYC), and a Masters in Architecture from the University of Navarra (Spain).
Sergio is a trained moderator for the courses of the International Federation of Family Development (IFFD). He has previously moderated sessions in UK and Spain, including those of the Annual Leadership Training (UK) and the Family Enrichment Holidays (Spain).
